Instructions:

In a large pot bring water or vegetarian broth (use at least 1 cup for every 2 cutlets) to a boil.* Add in dry Supreme Cutletsand boil for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Add additional water as needed. Drain water and use like a chicken cutlet. 
* Note: Supreme Cutlets will expand in size and may foam when boiling.

1 - On waxed paper, combine ½ cup chopped pecans, 1½ TBSP flour, ½ tsp salt, set aside. 
2 - Lightly brush the hydrated Supreme Cutlets with real maple syrup. Then coat the Cutlets completely with the nut mixture. 
3 - In a skillet put enough oil to cover the bottom and set it at medium heat. Add the coated Supreme Cutlets to the skillet and brown. Serve with your favorite side dish.

Directions for 2 cutlets.
