Directions: 

  1. Cover 2 bags Vegetable Protein Chunks with 7 gallons water or vegetarian chicken broth and simmer for 35-40 minutes, until fork tender.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the 2 bags Seasoning Mix with:
                             1 gallon of Ketchup(sweet) or 1 gallon of tomato sauce (Regular)
                             1 quart of orange or lemon juice (can substitute Vinegar if needed)
                              2 # 10 cans of pineapple tidbits (with juice)

    3. Drain vegetarian chunks and stir into seasoning mixture – bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve hot.

Ingredients: 

Vegetable Protein Chunks: Textured Soy Protein 
Seasoning Mix: Evaporated cane juice, potato starch, dried onions-bell peppers, soy sauce powder (soybeans, salt, wheat with maltodextrin), soybean oil, lemon oil, spice.

Chef's Corner:
Delicious over a bed of rice, goes great with Broccoli.
