Directions: 

  1. Cover 2 bags of Vegetable Protein with water, vegetarian or beef broth (approximately 7 gallons) & simmer for 30 minutes, until soft..
  2. In a separate bowl mix 2 bags Seasoning Mix with: 1 gallon of ketchup, 2 quarts of orange juice 2 cups lemon juice, 1 lb diced carrots & peppers
  3. Drain the protein pieces and add to the spice mixture. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.


Ingredients: 

Vegetable Protein Tidbits: Textured Soy Flour and Caramel Color.
Seasoning Mix: Evaporated cane juice, potato starch, dried carrots-onions-bell peppers, soy sauce powder (soybeans, salt, wheat with maltodextrin), soybean oil, orange juice powder, spices, extractives of paprika. Not more than 2% calcium cilicate added to prevent caking.

Chefs Corner : 
Served over rice or add Mandarin, Oranges or Pineapple for a sweet & tangy sauce. Serve a side of steaming green beans or broccoli.
