Directions: 
  1. In a large pot or steam jacketed kettle
  2. Mix 2 bags of Vegetable Protein Crumbles with 2 bags of Chili Seasoning Blend, 2 - #10 cans (drained and rinsed) kidney beans, 2 - #10 cans crushed or diced tomatoes and 2 gallons of water. Bring mixture to boil,
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently ( to prevent burning). 
  4. Serve hot with shredded cheese, guacamole or taco chips (optional).

Ingredients: 
Vegetable Protein Crumbles: Soy Protein Concentrate, malt extract. 
 Seasoning Blend: Spices, dried garlic-onion-tomato-bell pepper, paprika & extractives of paprika, cornstarch, salt, tomato powder, autolyzed yeast extracts, dextrose, caramel color, citric acid. Not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
